Will You Have my back? You, yes YOU. My Business Advisory Council of Kindness are trusted souls who have my back, helping me get back home and to my lifestyle choice of community service. They are an unbiased third-party council that will help me by offering advice – based on experience – regarding marketing, strategic planning, business models and markets, organizational management, human resources, and business development. They will serve as a sounding board to challenge assumptions; offer advice on the feasibility of an idea, and tell me honestly whether it needs more research, should have a different focus or market, or should be dropped. They will also provide me the connections to key individuals who can and will help me with the of growth of Nyleve’s Haven and the advancement of my daughters.
There will be at least three humans who will also view ALL business financial records and statements, to help identify potential problem areas.
